Lisa and Lam

as i become more of a family man, i'm starting to realize that i care a lot more about issues i didn't care about before: career, ecology, politics, crime. a particular issue was pushed to the forefront this morning. as i was pulling into traffic on a green, some fool runs a red light. i don't mean he was in the intersection when the lights changed.

so we have a new scale at home. an accurate one. it says i am 200 lbs. so either i gained back the three pounds i lost since january, or i initially weighed more than i though. either way, i have to start doing better. i've got four months to lose about 10 lbs.

so i bought my suit. pretty shnazzy. i've never been excited about playing dress-up before.
