Other Activities
In terms of touristy activities. Below are some suggestions on things to do in Sacramento. The trip to Fort Bragg takes about 4 hours and the drive is gorgeous. It goes through the upper part of the wine country and through the Redwoods. There are some wineries on the way where you can do some wine tasting, as well as do tours of the wineries. Also on the way are little "mom and pop" touristy stops. You can also take Highway 1 on the coast which is absolutely spectacular, but that drive takes about 6 hours.

Everyone is invited to join us for the rehearsal dinner (which will start at 5 on Thursday), but if you want to run around Sacramento and Fort Bragg and be tourists, we totally understand.

In Sacramento:
Delta King - Riverboat tours
Old Sacramento - Shopping, lunch, historic walking tours, carriage rides
Railroad Museum
Capitol Tours- guided tours of the capitol building
Governor's Mansion Tour

On the way there:
Jelly Belly Factory [Directions to Fort Bragg (to go passed the jelly belly factory)]
Miscellaneous wineries
Mom and Pop shops
The little town of Mendocino (a couple of miles before Fort Bragg) has a ton of really cute coastal shops and alot of flower gardens to peak in. I would suggest spending some time in this town.

Fort Bragg also has a "main street" where there are some really great shops and eateries. Fort Bragg also has a beach covered in glass, zone of the few botanical gardens fronting on the ocean, easy access to giant redwoods and a working fishing harbor.
