I sent off the signed contract for our reception location today. Very exciting news!

On the menu -
Cocktail Reception
array of cheeses
fresh fruit
french bread and crackers
crisp crudites
raw veggies
hummus and sour cream dressing
champagne toast

Main Entree (Sit-down dinner)
steak with red wine sauce or grilled chicken with mango salsa
mashed potatoes
seasonal baby veggies

We will also have two cases of wine (one white, one red). Oh! and the best part - we will have a pool table after we are done with the cocktail hour. Nothing like playing pool in a wedding dress! It is going to be a wonderful reception!
