Lisa and Lam

I have been a busy busy girl (oh yeah and Lam has been busy too). Check out the DIY projects section.

Because we are having such a small wedding it was actually cheaper to purchase napkins, rather than renting them. I bought two for $1 napkins from the Dollar Store and bought a rubber stamp with the tree motif on it. The tree was stamped on using brown soft fabric paint. The whole process (including the pocket fold) and the pressing took about 3 hours for 40 napkins.

Lam and I worked on the centerpiece pots over the weekend. Below are some pictures.....it is amazing what a little bit of paint and ribbon can do. They were originally that awful green color. But now they are beautiful! The pot will be filled with river rocks and branches. Our origami cranes will hang from the branches.
